Can I choose a specific doctor?
Yes. Choose the doctor when you book. If they are not available on your date, we will offer the next available time or another consultant in the same department.
Can someone book for me?
Yes. A family member can book using the patient's name and their own mobile number.
Do I need a referral letter?
No. You can book directly with any of our specialists. If you have a referral letter, please bring it.
How do I cancel or change my appointment?

Is emergency care available at night and on Sundays?
Yes. Our emergency department is open 24 hours a day, every day.
What if my insurer is not on your panel?
You can pay and then claim reimbursement from your insurer. Our insurance desk will give you the documents you need.
Can I get an estimate before surgery?
Yes. After your consultation, ask for a written estimate. It depends on the procedure, room type and your recovery.
