Admission and discharge
If you are staying with us, here is what happens from the day you arrive to the day you go home.
Before a planned admission
Your doctor's team gives you an admission date and written instructions, such as when to stop eating and which medicines to pause. Follow these carefully and call us if anything is unclear.
On the day
Insurance approval
For cashless treatment, our insurance desk sends a pre-authorisation request to your insurer or TPA. Anything not covered is explained to you before discharge.
During your stay
Going home
When your doctor confirms you are ready, you receive:
A discharge summary explaining your treatment
Your prescriptions and how to take them
Your follow-up date
A list of warning signs that mean you should call us
After you go home
Call the number on your discharge summary if you have fever, increasing pain, bleeding, discharge from the wound, or breathlessness. In an emergency call 73737 97421.
