Insurance and cashless treatment
We offer cashless treatment with the insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs) below. If yours is not listed, you can still be treated here and claim the money back — our insurance desk will help with the paperwork.

Is my insurer accepted?
We could not find that name. Please call our insurance desk on 0431 270 1548 — panels change, and we can check for you.
How cashless treatment works
- Show your insurance card and photo ID at admission.
- We send a pre-authorisation request to your insurer or TPA.
- Once approved, treatment goes ahead. You pay only for items your policy does not cover.
- At discharge we send the final bill to your insurer for settlement.
Planning surgery? Talk to us first
Call the insurance desk with your policy number and your doctor's advice before admission. We will explain what your insurer is likely to cover, including room rent limits, so there are no surprises.
For employers
Companies can arrange employee health checkups and treatment with Atlas. Contact our insurance desk to discuss a corporate tie-up.
Is my room rent covered?
It depends on your policy. Many policies limit room rent per day; choosing a higher room can reduce the amount your insurer pays for other charges. Ask us to check before admission.
How long does approval take?
It depends on the insurer. We send the request as soon as you are admitted and keep you updated.
What documents do I need?
Your insurance card or policy number, photo ID, and the doctor's advice for admission.
Can I use two policies?
Yes, in many cases. Tell the insurance desk about both policies at admission.
